Upstate is a collective of Pilates, yoga and boxing studios, 100 per cent staffed by women. The neon-lit studios span 12 locations across Victoria, with a 13th opening in Elsternwick in April. Broadsheet Access members are invited to a pre-launch event at the Elsternwick site.
It’s the largest space yet, featuring a hot mat room, a boxing room and two reformer studios. Start your Saturday morning with a trial of three mini-classes in the slick new space, and follow it with Sebby's Scrolls post-sweat, plus refreshments from Bobby and Billy.
