Upstate is a collective of Pilates, yoga and boxing studios, 100 per cent staffed by women. The neon-lit studios span 12 locations across Victoria, with a 13th opening in Elsternwick in April. Broadsheet Access members are invited to a pre-launch event at the Elsternwick site.
