Rose-Gin Bottomless Brunch
Every Saturday and Sunday until the start of December The Provincial Hotel is hosting a bottomless brunch with rosé-gin cocktails at its rooftop bar.
Cocktails will be made with Adelaide Hills Distillery's 78 Degrees Sunset Gin. The gin has a grape spirit base and a pink hue. Choose from drink options including a Sunset Tonic Spritz, a Sunset Highball or gin and juice (house wines and beer are included in the package too).
To eat there's an egg and bacon breakfast burger served with salt and vinegar hash browns, a cheeseburger for lunch, and a fried-avocado burger for a plant-based option. Other meals include fried chicken and waffles, a broccoli and kale salad, and brunch pizzas.
For dessert there will be an ice-cream cart offering four flavours: lemon meringue pie, vegan vanilla choc-chip, Belgian chocolate, and a boozy strawberry rosé-gin flavour.
From 11am to 1pm.
