If you’re a fan of the finer things in life, head down to Poodle Bar & Bistro for a one-off bougie bottomless brunch. Think all-you-can-drink bubbles, wine and spritzes, plus pretty dishes in an elegant, art deco-inspired space.
Expect luxe dishes prepared by chef Josh Fry such as cured trout tartare; Yarra Valley caviar on crumpets; roasted cauliflower with café de poodle butter and curry leaves; Bundarra Berkshires pork scotch; and a boozy whipped cream chocolate for dessert.
You can add oysters and Poodle’s signature crab and taramasalata vol-au-vents for a little something extra, and peach Bellinis and blood orange vodka seltzers are also on offer as part of the bottomless bevs.
There are two seatings for the brunch: at 11.30am and again at 2pm for those wanting a Sunday sleep-in. Tickets are $89 per person and are all-inclusive. Bookings essential.
