Brunswick East restaurant Etta is a masterclass in hospitality, thanks largely to restaurateur Hannah Green, one of the country’s most skillful front-of-house professionals. Green cut her teeth at fine diner Attica before she opened the Lygon Street venue in 2017. Most nights, she can be found on the floor at Etta helping to create the restaurant’s refined yet laid-back feel.

From Monday June 23 until Tuesday December 16, NAB credit card holders can spend $500, but only pay $400 when they dine at the Hot-Listed restaurant and pick up the bill with their NAB credit card.

Enjoy dishes such as a tea quail egg skewer with pickled lotus and Sichuan chilli oil, and woodfired beef with sambal and potatoes. And finish your meal with a fruity and floral chilli oil parfait from head chef Lorcán Kan, whose experience includes time at Attica, Contra in New York City and Where the Light Gets In in Stockport, England.
