A 10-course one-night-only feast, 55 floors up. Bo Bech, of world-renowned Copenhagen restaurant Geist, and Vue de Monde’s Hugh Allen will be collaborating for one unforgettable meal on April 10.
The menu is inspired by the five pillars behind Bech’s venue – the rage, the tribute, the induction, the reunion, the journey – and comes with matching wines and a signed copy of his book, In My Blood.
