Bluebonnet's Bottomless Barbecue
Leaving just enough time to let the Christmas roast settle, Bluebonnet Barbecue is restarting its "bottomless barbeque" of unending smoked meats.
Diners are given the chance to fill their stomachs with head chef Chris Terlikar's signature Texan-style barbeque (with an Aussie twist). Slow-cooked brisket, ribs and sausages are served on repeat over a two-hour sitting. Plates of barbeque and sides keep coming to the table as long as humanly possible. Keep eating, or just say when.
For bargain drink specials, time your visit with happy hour from 3pm to 6pm and 10pm till late.
Bottomless barbeque is available from December 27 until January 10 (Bluebonnet is closed New Year’s Day). Bookings are advised and can be made online or by phone.
Open daily from 12pm till late. Lunch is served from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 5pm to 9pm.
