Biji Dining will be popping up until Christmas Eve at Carlton North wine bar Little Andorra.
Before Melbourne's dining restrictions eased, head chef Harry Mangat was prepping his popular modern Indian-inspired fare to takeaway in the form of three-snack, three-course feasts on Friday and Saturday nights.
There might be a few more chances to order in but you can now book to dine in for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday (5.30pm to 8pm), or for lunch on Sunday (from 2pm).
Mangat will finalise and expand the dine-only set menu in coming weeks (keep an eye on the Biji Dining website for updates) but expect dishes such as tandoori chicken rillette with pickled cucumber and crispy chicken skin; ghee-roasted potato and coconut curry with salt bush, pickled chilli and onion bhaji; and garlicky pork with pickled mustard seeds and fennel. Plus, there'll likely be a couple of one-off takeovers by local chefs, starting with Ross Magnaye, the former head chef of Rice Paper Sister.
