Before you can dine in, order multi-course takeaway feasts with dishes such as Tandoori chicken rillette with pickled cucumber and crispy chicken skin; and ghee-roasted potato and coconut curry.

Biji Dining will be popping up until Christmas Eve at Carlton North wine bar Little Andorra.

Before Melbourne's restrictions on dining in ease from 11.59pm on Sunday November 1, head chef Harry Mangat will be prepping his popular modern Indian-inspired fare to takeaway in the form of three-snack, three-course feasts on Friday October 23 and Saturday October 24.

Mangat will finalise and expand the dine-only set menu in coming weeks (keep an eye on the Biji Dining website for updates) but expect dishes such as Tandoori chicken rillette with pickled cucumber and crispy chicken skin; ghee-roasted potato and coconut curry with salt bush, pickled chilli and onion bhaji; and garlicky pork with pickled mustard seeds and fennel. Plus, there'll likely be a couple of one-off takeovers by local chefs.
