Postponed: The Big Spaghetti
This event has been postponed due to coronavirus concerns.
At this family-friendly pasta party, you can carb-load with Capitano’s rigatoncini with vodka sauce, and spaghetti and meatballs, and Lupo’s eggplant fritto with smoked chilli and bagna cauda (a sauce made from garlic and anchovies) and maccheroni with braised lamb and pangrattato (breadcrumbs). Plus, Cicciabella from Sydney will be serving its mafaldine (a type of ribbon-shaped pasta) with garlic, chilli and kombu, and malloreddus arrabbiata (a gnocchi-like pasta with a spicy red sauce).
There’ll also be aperitivi by Bar Americano. And you can learn how to make TV personality Matt Preston’s bolognaise sauce – from start to finish – at a live cooking demo with comedian Sam Pang.
Entry is free, with food and drink available to buy. This event is cashless.
