A Beachside Festival on the Gippsland Coast

Fri 29th December, 2017
The Recreation Ground, Inverloch
Price: $35
Eat, drink and dance like the locals do.

As if you needed another reason to head down the coast this summer, here’s another.

Sounds of Summer Inverloch is a one-day, grassroots community-focused festival, held in the seaside town of Inverloch over the Christmas break.

Featuring a musical line-up of local musicians as well as Australian legends, the all-ages event draws together some of the best food and drink options from the local region.

Happening on December 29 at The Recreation Ground, a food village will serve festival fare and wine. A bar will be run by local winery Dirty Three and Lucinda Estate, with help from local football and netball clubs.

Bring a blanket and enjoy the relaxed festival vibe, drink in hand, as the sun goes down. And if it gets hot, you can always wander down to the beach to cool off.

Tickets are $35. Kids under 10 are free.
