Bathe in Cinema
Peninsula Hot Springs, a natural hot springs on the Mornington Peninsula, which added a new wing of hot mineral pools, saunas and a “deep freeze” last year, is screening classic films in its bathhouse amphitheatre cinema on Friday nights until October 4.
It's only 90 minutes from Melbourne. Skip Friday night knock-offs, jump in the car, and arrive in time for the 7.30pm screening.
See Whale Rider on September 6, The Castle on September 13, Storm Boy (the 1976 version) on September 20, Paper Planes on September 27, and Oddball and the Penguins on October 4.
Screenings are free with bathhouse bathing, which is $22 to $55 per person and can be booked in advance.
