It's not always easy to get a weekend away from the city. So this winter, The Barossa Group and The Wine Association have partnered with Bottle Shop Concepts to help Melburnians experience the best of the Barossa Valley.
This one-day event will transform North Melbourne’s Meat Market into a wine and food showcase, including bottles from more than 40 wineries across the region to both try and buy, such as Massena, Torbreck, John Duval and Kaesler.
Wines will be complemented by an extensive Barossa-inspired menu from producers such as Maggie Beer, Devious and Steiny’s Traditional Mettwurst. There will also be a series of conversation sessions with the Barossa’s wine and food personalities across the day.
Doors open at 11am. Tickets can be bought at the door, but online earlybirds will receive a glass of Plumm wine.
