Italian restaurant Baby is bringing spritzy back with $6 prosecco, $5 Aperol spritzes and $8 Americanos every afternoon this summer. If you haven’t tried it yet, order the $5 Select Spritz made from Aperitivo Select, a more citrusy liqueur than Aperol.
For summer afternoons of Italian snacking and spritz sipping, head to the Richmond sister restaurant to Chin Chin and Kong. Between 3pm and 6pm you can snack on a variety of share plates designed by the Baby team.
The aperitivo menu features key dishes from the menu including fritto di polenta (better known as parmesan polenta chips), cicchetti pizzas and burrata with roasted peppers. Or order a cheese board, which features buffalo mozzarella, gorgonzola, pecorino and taleggio.
Baby is a walk-in venue with an all-day menu open seven days a week. To make the most of aperitivo hour, arrive early.
