The 23-piece Gorman collection which resulted from the pair's partnership was immensely popular, and paid tribute to the French-Australian artist using four prints from her original artworks.
Since arriving in Melbourne in 1951, Mora has had a profound impact on the cultural life of the city, not just in art, but as a restaurateur and patron, too.
Likewise, Melbourne-born Gorman has grown into one of Australia’s most successful brands, with dozens of its retail stores spread across the country. The bold, colourful and often playful label has also collaborated with a number of other local artists over recent years.
