Art by Twilight: With South of Samois
Jenny Watson's The Fabric of Fantasy will close at the beginning of March, but before it does Heide is giving art-lovers the chance to view the exhibition after hours.
For a second and final evening, the Central Galleries at Heide III will extend opening hours to 8pm, so there'll be plenty of time to take in the curated works from Watson's impressive 40-year career.
Melbourne-based acoustic jazz band South of Samois will be performing.
South of Samois' music has its roots in "Jazz Manouche" or "Gypsy Jazz", a style of music that emerged from the illustrious dance halls of 1930s Paris.
Café Heide will be serving food and drinks, or BYO picnic and take a stroll through the Heide sculpture park.
Doors open at 5pm.
