Art of the Brick Immersive Lego Experience
Award-winning New York Lego artist Nathan Sawaya’s immersive exhibition The Art of the Brick has already toured 100 cities and 24 countries. It's been seen by 10 million people. After a sold-out show in Melbourne in 2011, his colourful and mind-blowing creations return.
Experience 100 of Swaya's large-scale, life-like Lego sculptures – made with more than one million Lego bricks – up close in a 360-degree immersive presentation. The backdrops to the works involve captivating visuals, lighting and a musical score.
Find an oversized version of his most iconic sculpture, Yellow, standing at over six feet tall. Then wander through Perniciem, a room showing 19 endangered species in their natural environments, made in collaboration with Australian photographer Dean West.
Other highlights include Infinity Rainbow, a series of seven human-size figures in every colour of the rainbow, and Larger Than Life, featuring some of the largest Lego sculptures ever made, including Sawaya’s 30-foot long Big Swimmer.
