Southeast Asian laneway restaurant Gingerboy is introducing a $50 all-you-can-eat yum cha menu on Sundays.
Restauranteur and owner Teage Ezard (also of Flinders Lane fine diner Ezard) developed the new menu alongside head chef Brendan Katich.
Savoury dishes include dumplings with Chinese broccoli, cabbage and green onion; spring rolls with enoki and oyster mushrooms; smoked-eggplant curry puffs; and a range of steamed buns (such as Chiang-Mai sausage hotdog, popcorn chicken and panko prawn). For dessert: Chinese doughnuts, rice pudding, spiced ginger cake, and milk-chocolate mousse.
The special menu starts on October 27.
