The Quincy Hotel Melbourne is levelling up its already strong cocktail game with an unbeatable special every Wednesday to Saturday night at its rooftop bar The Q, from April through to the end of June.
For $69 a head, enjoy two hours of bottomless Margaritas in different variations: from frozen Margs, spicy Margs and sweet Margs through to creamy, sour and even non-tequila versions of the classic drink.
Also included in the ticket price is a Southeast Asian-inspired menu featuring pork baos, loaded fries, grilled chicken skewers and cauliflower and shiso fritters – all from Salted Egg, the Southeast Asian restaurant helmed by executive chef Adam Woodfield, (ex-Chin Chin and Jimmy Liks).
