Alf’s Pizza x Co-Conspirators Brewpub
Brunswick brewery Co-Conspirators is welcoming Alf’s Pizza – a small pizzeria based in East Gippsland town Mallacoota – into its kitchen for a pop-up residency till Christmas.
To accompany the brewpub’s hop-driven beers, sours and stouts – pouring from twenty-four taps – the team at Alf’s will be serving up its loved woodfired Neapolitan pizza.
On the menu, expect classics like margherita and pepperoni along with the Italia pilled with tomato, mozzarella, rocket, prosciutto and parmesan; the Boscaiola with mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, pork and fennel; and the Vegan topped with San Marzano tomatoes, mushrooms, artichokes, capsicum, olives and red onion. The team’s also got a clutch of gluten-free options along with rotating weekly specials to look forward to. On the dolce side of things, take your pick between tiramisu and Nutella calzone.
