YGAP "Art for Change" Auction at JCP Studios

Wed 1st July, 2015
6:30pm – 12:00am
JCP Studios
51/57 Cubitt Street, Cremorne.
Australian artists unite to raise money for YGAP's latest charity endeavour.

Non-for-profit organisation YGAP has gathered the works of Australian artists, and is auctioning them to assist people living in poverty.

Each artist has donated a piece of artwork in support of YGAP's "5 Cent" campaign – an initiative aimed to help disadvantaged communities in South Africa, Kenya and Australia, with donations of five cent coins.

Creations from Australia's renowned and emerging artists are for sale, including those of six-time Archibald finalist David Bromley, jeweller Ele Misko and abstract artist Ruth Crespo Hernandez.

For six years, YGAP has worked to empower underdeveloped communities and encourage self-sustainability through global events including balls and dinners.

The auction commences at 7pm.
