30 Minute Sip Coffee and Food Pairing at Veneziano

Founded nearly 20 years ago, Veneziano is one of Melbourne’s most established coffee rosters. Veneziano are currently putting all its years of experience on display, with its 30 Minute Sip offered through RedBalloon.

Held at Veneziano’s Richmond headquarters, the offer allows the public to build their own flight of coffee from Veneziano’s seasonal reserve and limited edition series. This is a rare chance to taste competition-grade coffees.

The menu features two options each for espresso, milk or filter coffee.

The espresso menu includes, Colombia Cerro Azul, XO Natural, featuring notes of grilled pineapple and mango, and the Ethiopian Gesha Village, features hints of floral rose, raspberry, pineapple, apple, peach and molasses.

The milk options are Colombia Las Margaritas Natural, showcasing freeze-dried strawberry, banana creme and marshmallow features, while the Brazilian, Fazenda California “Tropical Storm” offers flavours of blueberry, cocoa and baking spice.

The filter coffee options are Colombia La Maria Natural, Gesha, offering guava, pineapple and lavender notes, while the Brazilian Fazenda California Tropical storm, has hints of white peach, brown sugar and cinnamon.
