Eight Weeks of $15 Pastas at Maha East

Shane Delia’s Windsor restaurant Maha East has introduced $15 pasta nights every Monday through Wednesday, from Monday September 16 until Wednesday November 6.

Each week, a different chef will curate a changing pasta special. The line-up includes Scott Pickett, Pete Gunn (Ides), Ben Cooper (Chin Chin), Mischa Tropp (Toddy Shop), Joseph Abboud (Rumi), Julian Hills (Navi) and Delia Group head chef Daniel Giraldo.

From Monday September 16 to Wednesday September 18, Delia kicks things off with his go-to at-home pasta: mint gnocchi with pan-fried haloumi, charred tomato and cumin-spiced lamb.

Then, from Monday September 23 to Wednesday September 25, Pete Gunn’s mac’n’ cheese with caramelised dukkah and brown butter will be available.
