Burn City Smokers is bringing its slow-cooked, Southern barbeque to Counting House on the Mornington esplanade from December 16 to January 29, except Christmas Day. The pop-up menu includes beef short rib, a brisket burger and a Chopped Whole Hog Roll, with wine and beer from local producers. The pop-up is also open for breakfast, serving toasties and Small Batch coffee.

A Food and Wine Series in Red Hill
Sommelier Kate Christensen (Banksii Vermouth, Tonka, Coda) and chef Mal Meiers (Bennelong, IDES, Tonka) return to Avani Winery for their summer Food + Wine Pop-Up. Held for a month, the summer lunch series will take place in a rustic dining room overlooking a Red Hill vineyard. During the week, there's an à la carte-style lunch menu, while weekends will feature a four-course shared set lunch menu, priced at $65 per person.
