Free self-defence classes
Kick Physical Training empowers women with self-defence skills to protect themselves if physically confronted. Violence isn’t the answer, but these free classes will help level the playing field and improve a woman’s chance of survival should she meet with aggression.
Handsome & Co provides students with the basic skills, tools and methodologies to craft fine objects out of wood. This summer workshop will provide the necessary groundwork to keep you carving all year. All materials and consumables are provided.
