• Book: a former Collingwood factory has been transformed into a lively restaurant and basement bar. Access is hosting a private readers dinner with a one-off menu, drinks and a Q&A.

• Book: you’re invited to the most talked-about pop-up in town, Pasta Bambino, for a private pasta-making masterclass. Expect a hands-on class with owner Adrian Richardson followed by a long lunch and prosecco.

• Last chance to book: hospitality heavyweight Nathan Toleman is about to open Molli, a new bar and bistro in the heart of Abbotsford. Access members are invited to try it first at an exclusive preview dinner tomorrow night.

• Win: Access is giving away a weekend trip to Cali-cool Byron hotel Sun Ranch, worth $3500. It includes yoga, sauna, ice bathing and a ranch horseriding experience, and plenty more.

• Drops soon: Maker & Monger is teaming up with one of Australia’s most talented chefs, Analiese Gregory, for a cheese-fuelled Bastille Day dinner. Access members can attend an exclusive session at this after-hours market event.
