Restaurateur Jessi Singh is about to turn the heat up on Collingwood’s Smith Street.

Months after opening 120-seater Bibi Ji in Carlton alongside chef Amarjeet Singh (Horn Please , Daughter in Law), he’s set to open new restaurant Aanya.

The duo will be joined by Nishant Arora (Society , Cutler & Co) and Janos Roman (Society , Dinner by Heston here and London, London’s Nobu).

Aanya is set to open on Smith Street, Collingwood in 2024.
