Shark Sighting At Torquay Beach
Beachgoers are advised to keep their bathers dry.

Following a shark sighting on Saturday morning, Victoria Police are advising anyone heading to Torquay for a swim to stay out of the water.
The sighting was made at approximately 8:20am at Cosy Corner, near Point Danger and Voss’ Beach.
Speaking to the Age Sergeant Frank Cernjavis said, "It was approximately 10 to 12 feet (3 metres) in length."
The sighting was made by a group of paddle boaters who told Victoria Police the shark came close to their vessel.
It is currently unknown if the shark is still in the area.
Surf Life Victoria is performing flyovers to locate the shark.
