Since Jack London opened their doors a few years ago, they have become the commercial torchbearers for the skinny-boy hipster set looking for skinny-boy hipster clothing. God knows, the kids would get Dior Homme, circa Slimane, if they could afford it, but fashion is fickle and who needs to spend that much money when you can turn over styles like you do the pages in White Fang (get it?). The designers at work here unabashedly wear their influences and inspirations on their skinny sleeves, but damned if it doesn’t work. The styles are right, the fit and cuts spot on and the environment is the perfect blend of uptown-downtown.
