Features
An elegant white paneling detail, a touch of pastel and a colourful selection of macarons on a marble bench top welcome you when you step into La Belle Miette (the beautiful crumb), whisking your thoughts into thinking you were really in a French patisserie at Parisian sidewalk.
Offering a unique selection of flavours, such as macademia and ginger or cherry blossom and sake, the macarons at La Belle Miette are a true testament to the years of tasting experience and patisserie mastery by founder Maylynn Tsoi.
The macarons are gluten-free and are made using premium ingredients. Adding into their traditional French flair, La Belle Miette also stocks Mariage Frères Tea... a perfect complement to their small beautiful treats.
Patrons can enjoy their macarons at the store or get them packaged in a beautiful box that has been especially designed by Melbourne designer Kano Hollamby.
Due to its incredible success, La Belle Miette currently has three stores, two in the CBD and one in Richmond.
La Belle Miette is now hiring. Find out more on Scout, Broadsheet's new employment website.
