Hank’s Bagelry is named after Breaking Bad character Hank Schrader. The bagel bar is run by Nick Beerens (who co-owns Mammoth and Copycat), general Adele McMurray and executive chef Kevin Middleton

At Hank’s, you’ll find a gamut of bagel flavours including onion, seeded, plain, challah and gluten-free options, supplied by Balaclava’s Savion. There are plenty of classic fillings, like cream cheese, house-made jam, and bacon and egg, alongside some exciting new creations and twists on old favourites. You might try the beetroot-and-gin-cured salmon with herbs, red onion and cream cheese, or the harissa-roasted pumpkin with almond feta, hummus and wild rocket.

Once you’ve chosen your bagel, choose from pickles, crisps or hot chips as a side. Beans for the filter and espresso coffee come from Inglewood Coffee Roasters, and there's a fun maple iced latte, too. The US vibes continue on the sweets menu, which might include house-made cookies and a range of milkshakes inspired by US burger chain Shake Shack – choose from Malteser, Biscoff or peanut butter flavours.

The interior was designed by Leftfield Studio. The team kept the building’s heritage bones and stained-glass windows while incorporating blue-steel accents and subway tiles as a subtle nod to New York. There’s a number of dine-in tables and bar top seats available.
