Think Thai mango sticky rice, where coconut rice pudding is swirled into Alphonso mango sorbet; Scandi-inspired yoghurt and lingonberries; and Aussie Milo Milk Crunch. Around seven vegan options might include Korean fruit-punch-inspired hwachae, and miso peanut butter caramel. (Lacteeze is also available at the counter for the lactose-free crowd.)
