Add some sunny yellow awnings to the existing building, rip out a few walls and inject a bit of Jason Jones’ signature jazz style (iconic of his other cafes Porgie & Mr Jones and Snow Pony) and you’ve got a cafe fit for a seriously enjoyable breakfast and lunch.
On the menu you'll find plenty of all-day breakfast options, whether your in the mood for the classic egg combinations or something sweeter. They also do lunch, perhaps you fancy the slow cooked lamb shank or a warming roasted pumpkin soup. Breads are Noisette, eggs are from Shelley and Allan Green and the salmon is Tom Coopers – all reflecting Jones’ penchant for top quality suppliers.
Whatever your choice, Friends of Mine always hold their arms wide open to new comers.
