63 Degrees Highton was something of a practice run for married couple Carly and Simon Bryant, who always wanted to open a cafe in CBD. They got their wish just a year on, in 2007. A 2016 renovation left this location with a clean, fresh and leafy vibe.

Like its older sibling, this spot is constantly thronging with regulars, who come for the consistent Clarke St Coffee Roasters espresso drinks; Martini-style shaken iced lattes; and roasted marshmallow hot chocolates.

The menu changes regularly, but you can expect food that’s healthy, colourful and photogenic. A few mainstays never move, though, such as the crispy-chicken wrap, smashed avo and a burger of some description.
