The Temple Brewing Company is a mere stone’s throw from the Brunswick East end of Lygon Street, heading towards Barkly Square. It is a two-storey brewery, bar and kitchen with a clean, modern style.
Temple Brewing Company’s aptly titled lower percentage (4.2%) Pale Ale, the Bicycle Beer (for locals looking to mix pints with pedaling), as well as the Anytime IPA, New World Order Stout, and Rye Hard IPA are all brewed in-house, in full sight and aroma. The best vantage point from which to watch the brewing process is from the upstairs walkway that overlooks the brewery. Here you can truly take in the sweet sight and scent of beer being crafted.
