Those familiar with Nouvelle Vague and Phoenix will know that the French indie music scene is alive and well. But the likelihood is that you’re not aware of two of the scene’s most acclaimed stars: folk-pop duo Cocoon and indie-bluegrass band Moriarty. But luckily you’ll be able to familiarise yourself with them when they head to Australia as part of the So Frenchy So Chic franchise. Melbourne is the first stop on the tour, where the double-bill will appear at the Prince of Wales on November 25. If you’re already a fan of the So Frenchy So Chic brand of interesting French pop sounds, you’ll certainly want to see it live. And if you’re yet to prick your ears to these sounds, we suggest you head along.

We have a double pass to give away thanks to Cartell Music. If you’d like to go to the show on November 25 please send your name with So Frenchy as the subject to win@broadsheet.com.au. The winner will be notified by email.
