Beeches By The Sea owner Jess Dance is well-versed in thoughtful hospitality touches, often welcoming guests with local wine, Apollo Bay chocolates, freshly roasted coffee or flowers from her garden. She runs this two-villa stay with her adorable border collie sidekick Ben, who helps make Beeches a welcoming space for pets (and people).

The self-contained, well-equipped villas have two bedrooms, accommodating up to four people. There’s plenty of space to stretch out in the lounge, cook indoors or take command of the outdoor barbeque.

In summer, make the most of being 250 metres from the beach by heading to the bay for long days of swimming and surfing. In autumn, the grapevine shading the courtyard turns vibrant ruby. Read a book here, recline in the garden, or cosy up for a quiet night in a comfy robe.
