Lancemore Milawa

Lancemore Milawa is located across the road from Brown Brothers winery and walking distance to Milawa’s cellar doors, cafes, bakery and providers.

The two-storey hotel offers a range of spacious studio suites. The ritzy spa suite features a spa bath and fireplace for keeping cosy in the cooler months. Then there are the view rooms, with idyllic outlooks to Mt Buffalo, the nightly pink-hued sunset, or the lush garden.

Each room’s balcony is a relaxing spot to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine. There’s a communal lounge for swapping High Country tips with fellow travellers, and an outdoor terrace for a little extra sun. There’s also a swimming pool for warmer months, and free wi-fi if you need to get some work done.

The hotel is surrounded by vines, including Brown Brothers’ merlot plot at the rear of the property. This varietal inspired the name of the on-site Merlot Restaurant, which gazes across to the vineyard and out to the distant mountains.
