Smiths Beach Resort was carefully constructed to cause minimal impact on the surrounding environment and received architectural awards as a result. While minimalist by design, there’s no scrimping on luxury. One of the best features is the huge floor-to-ceiling windows that seem to bring the outside in, showcasing the location’s magnificent views.

There’s a choice of beach houses with one, two, three or four bedrooms, as well as two- and three-bedroom villas and apartments. All 60 choices are spacious, beautifully appointed and come with fully equipped kitchens.

Situated close to Yallingup and a 30-second walk from its stunning namesake beach, the resort is an ideal escape for couples and families alike. There’s a pool dedicated to little people as well as a 15-metre infinity pool. A tennis court is on site and yoga is offered several mornings per week. Other services include in-room massage and private in-room dining.

Lamont’s Smiths Beach is an on-site cafe, deli and a la carte restaurant run by well-known restaurateur Kate Lamont.

Parking is underneath or adjacent to each self-contained accommodation option, through an automatic secure gate.
