The Homestead restaurant, originally built in 1838, serves French-inspired cuisine and hearty asado (an Argentinian style of barbeque and a homage to the owner’s heritage). The menu offers dishes such as slow-braised beef cheek in red wine with parsnip puree; and confit pork belly with fennel and orange. Ensure you spend at least one evening at this elegant setting overlooking the bay.
