If you’re planning a trip to the central coast you’ll be pleased to hear that Dale Hunter of Bird & Bear Boathouse in Elizabeth Bay has a coffee spot in the beachside surrounds of Avoca.

Hunter said farewell to Bird & Bear and moved back to Avoca with the intention of opening his own place close to the beach.

Coffee is by Will & Co. and the menu lists lamb and sauerkraut wraps, green eggs and ham and chia-seed pudding. All of the ingredients used is seasonal, organic and served fresh in cosy surrounds designed by Hunter.
