The Print Bar started in Jared Fullinfaw’s bedroom before a growing list of orders prompted him to the living room, and then again to a warehouse in Stafford. The Print Bar really is one of those ‘from little things, big things grow’, feel good, Australian stories.

These days, in their Windsor location, TPB employs 20 staff – ranging from graphic designers and artists, to printers and engineers – and describe themselves as being like Ken Done artwork – “distinctive, colourful, Australian, perfectly suited to textiles and we always have something going on.”

It’s no surprise then that TPB is the go-to printing company for Brisbane companies looking for dedicated service, flexible process and quality product. Clients include GOMA, the ABC and Nudie Jeans. Taro’s Ramen uses TPB for its aprons.

Dedication to the industry as a whole has led to the company receiving awards such as Australian Small Business Champion of 2014.

For the average punter there’s a broad range of services, including design your own T-shirt online, embroidery, on-site creative workshops and even selling your T-shirts through the Print Bar website. The majority of the designs are done online, but the friendly employees are more than happy to assist you in person for individual orders.
