Marriott International's latest hotel is a game changer for the Queensland capital.

W Brisbane finally opened last week to much fanfare. It's easy to understand why: the first five-star hotel opening in Brisbane in 20 years, it has brought a new level of sophistication to the city's exploding accommodation market.
