Wilde Kitchen is for anyone interested in healthy eating. After two years as an outpost of paleo grocer and cafe Primal Pantry, it’s been rebranded by owner Mark Rockley. The new concept strays only slightly from the full paleo menu, to suit the local, post-gym clientele.

The cafe offers a huge selection of pre-prepared meals from the menu, so that anyone can enjoy the “clean eating” ethos on the run.

With a focus on all-natural ingredients, housemade everything (from the almond milk to the mayo), and hearty serves, it’s not just gym junkies that love Wilde Kitchen.

Not even the most committed eater feels deprived when presented with the sticky pork from the breakfast menu, with spiced pumpkin, tahini, pomegranate, salad leaves and a fried egg. But on the other hand, you can also pick up a cup of healing broth or health-tonic shot.

The entire menu is gluten-free, meaning that those with serious gluten intolerance can eat without fear of cross-contamination.

Regardless of what special diets people may have – paleo, vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free – all are welcomed and catered to with ease at this specialist establishment. It means diners not only feel safe, but keep coming back.
