When owner Tony Harper created Craft, he brought his many years of retail and restaurant experience to bear. The store reflects both his enthusiasm and collector’s mindset, resembling a slightly more organised pirate’s hoard of booze, gathered from all four corners of the globe.

Craft stocks a huge, varied selection of Australian and international wines, as well as plenty of local, national and international beers.

Then there are the real surprises – French pear brandy with a whole fruit inside the bottle; beautifully packaged premium sake; cold brew coffee liqueur; and Aussie varieties of gin, vodka and Scotch are just some of the potent potables lining the shelves.
