Suki is a 60-seat poké bowl and sushi burrito store with a fresh, pink, white and blue interior.
Everything is made to order. You begin with a warm base – there are three types of rice; greens; quinoa; and kale or kelp noodles. Next comes a serving of protein – five choices of raw fish (tuna, snapper, kingfish, salmon, swordfish) or three hot options (katsu chicken, organic tofu or soy and ginger beef). Add a Sriracha ponzu or wasabi-mayo sauce for kick, or go traditional with a soy and ginger base or sesame oil. Fill it out as you wish with bean sprouts, spinach, edamame, coriander, orange, corn, pickled daikon, wasabi peas, fried shallots, a soy egg and much more.
The sushi burrito has the same sort of fillings as a poké bowl, but you can wrap it up in seaweed or a tortilla.
Suki is licensed with a limited beer and wine menu. Kombucha and specialty iced teas are also available.
