For chef Rory Doyle, boredom is the enemy. Which is why on any given day, the menu at Red Robin Supper Truck is subject to change.

You can probably always count on there being a burger of some description, and an interesting, exciting vegetarian option. But outside of that, anything goes. The thing that does unify the menu, however, is that pretty much everything is going to be great with a drink.

The entrance to Red Robin is straight through Death Valley Bar, so do the smart thing and grab a drink on your way in, before settling in to peruse the chalkboard menu set against the Coca-Cola red truck.

You might find options such as duck ragu with pappardelle; spicy pineapple fried rice; beef chilli nachos; fried chicken and waffles; and sizzler cheese toast all hanging out together.

Unlikely bedfellows? Perhaps. Delicious? Certainly.
