This street-style Vietnamese eatery is in a shipping container on Fish Lane. It brings an open space beneath the busy South Brisbane train line to life. With street art by Drapl, festoon lighting and greenery, the space is now far from the austere empty lot that once sat opposite Julius and Maker.
The menu focuses on street-style food, including pork-belly bao, chicken pho, dumplings, rice paper rolls and freshly made bánh mì. Lunch is geared towards fast, grab-and-go eats. The dinner menu is meant for sharing with cocktails, craft and Vietnamese beers and wine.
Space is limited to bar seating and the communal dining area, so evening service is in two sittings and involves takeaway.
