Hatch & Co is a change of pace for the owners, the Moubment Group, which Brisbane can thank for some of the city’s best bars (Laruche, Gerard’s Bar). A departure from these moody, opulent cocktail joints, Hatch & Co. is a different take altogether, offering a bright, airy space ideal for low key gatherings.

The sustainably sourced menu works the rustic cooking angle with dishes designed for sharing taking centre stage. Oysters are served natural with a pinch of horseradish and the fresh prawns are coated with light garlic butter.
