Inside the penthouse suite at The Johnson, Broadsheet held a roaming wine and food celebration to mark the latest release of the Patricia wine range.
Guests enjoyed spectacular 180-degree views over the CBD as they roamed around the penthouse sampling each of the new-release Patricia wines including sparkling pinot chardonnay, chardonnay, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and noble riesling. Each wine was matched with food by the best family-run producers in Queensland.
Mussel Brothers served its oysters three ways alongside scampi caviar; White Gold Creamery showcased its huge wheels of cheese made in the Gold Coast hinterland; Malieta Honey showed guests how honey is extracted from honeycomb frames; Brewbakers baked fresh bread; and Maleny Black Angus Beef offered its beef pot-stickers to devour. A chef from Tumbling Stone below the penthouse helped put together some of the dishes.
