Barrel Aged Libations at Mamasan Kitchen + Bar

The team at Mamasan is barrel-ageing and batching their favourite classic cocktails exclusively for World Class Cocktail Week. Choose from the likes of a Tequila Negroni, Rob Roy, Bobby Burns, or Ron Zacapa Old Fashioned, each expertly fashioned in accordance with Mamasan’s batching techniques. Treat them as the perfect pre-dinner aperitif, or a nightcap to complement your meal from the modern pan-Asian menu. The cocktails will be available for $19–$22 each from midday, every day.

Taste of World Class at The Bowery

The award-winning Bowery on Ann Street will showcase a mini-menu of World Class drinks from some of Brisbane’s finest bartenders. The menu will highlight cocktails made with Tanqueray gin and Tanqueray No. TEN (mixed with lemon and lime juice and peach bitters, or with pink grapefruit and spiced grenadine). The special will be available from Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm every day of World Class Cocktail Week for $18 each.

World Class Pop Up at Maker

Head to Maker to be served by five of the best bartenders in Brisbane. Five bartenders from Maker featured in the World Class Top 100 bartenders list this year, and to celebrate they’re making all five competition cocktails for two days only. World Class bartenders Ellery Lowe, Elliot Pascoe, Dan Gregory, Ewan Winter, and Edward Quatermass will all be behind the bar on Sat May 7 and Sun May 13 from 1pm.

Aperitivo Social at Mr & Mrs G Riverbar

Start your night with a specially designed aperitif pairing available only for World Class Cocktail Week. The kitchen at Mr & Mrs G will plate up tiger prawns, agrodolce sauce, citrus, coriander and cucumber paired with a cocktail to match featuring Don Julio Blanco tequila, cherry liqueur, orgeat syrup, orange marmalade and fresh fennel. The pairing will be available all week from 5pm for $25.

Four Seasons of Negroni at Jamm

The bar is creating four variations of the classic Negroni based on the seasons. Choose from the Autumn, made with chocolate and cherry; Winter, infused with the flavours of port Christmas cake; the fresh and fruity Spring with strawberry; and the Summer, made with rhubarb. Each variation will be made with Tanqueray gin and rosso vermouth. Each cocktail will be available for $16 each all week
