Three Blue Ducks at W Brisbane is serving a Sunday roast this winter. And this isn’t your mum’s meat and three veg – instead think, coffee-rubbed brisket served with rosemary potatoes, Dutch carrots, roasted garlic, and a zucchini and mint salad.
